Recipe Tips

  • There are various brands of sausage patties (we used Johnsonville Original Recipe Sausage Breakfast Rounds). The thickness of the sausage patties and your air fryer can affect the exact cooking time.
  • Make sure to not overlap the patties in the air fryer. Otherwise, they might not cook evenly.
  • Be sure to cook your sausage patties to an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • The cooking times mentioned below are for raw breakfast patties. If you want to make pre-cooked and/or frozen breakfast patties, the cook time will vary.
  • When the sausage patties are done, place them on a plated lined with a paper towel to capture excess grease/fat from the patties.

We use this air fryer for our recipes and it has been great.
